This project is a web application for managing various activities in the ANBAGAM. This application helps user to know information about organization. All the details about the ANBAGAM such as donors, their needs, events, etc; can be viewed by the visitors after login. Details about children are stored in the database. If a person would like to join a new child to the organization, then they can fill their corresponding form online. A person who is interested to sponsor for a child, can pay money once in a month or for a year. People who want to donate for the organization can also pay online. People who want to provide food for children, in other cities can pay online to the institution

In the proposed system, we assume that each student will be having a student id which can be used for the library book issue, fine payment etc. whenever library student wish to take a book, the book issued by the library authority will be check both the book details as well as the user details and store it in library database. The administrator can control students and manage books. The student’s status of issue/return is maintained in the library database. The student’s details can be fetched by the Admin from the database as and when required. The valid students are also allowed to view their account information

The event manager is the person who plans and executes the event, taking responsibility for the creative, technical and logistical elements. This includes overall event design, C, Java and Extra Curricular Activities,. The system allows only registered users to login and new users are allowed to register on the application. The project provides most of the basic functionality required for an event. It allows the user to select from a list of event types. Once the user enters an event type the system then allows the user to select the date and time of event, place and the event equipment’s. All this data is logged in the database and the user is given a receipt number for his booking. This data is then sent to the admin and they may interact with the client as per his requirements and his contact data stored in the database.
